Leeloo Edit Pencils

Here's the revised version. I basically changed the blue colors from the original to a much warmer pallette, so she didn't look like she was a ghost or something. Also, blue skin, not as attractive!

I had the original scanned into photoshop, and I just added a few layers and edited the colors. The scanner I had at the time didn't really pickup color depth very well, so the contrast was kinda weak.

With this newer version, I pushed the contrast in colors more, and put darker patches in her hair. I wanted to retain all the texture from the pencil crayons, without having that computer colored feel. I know that the edits are done in the computer, but I still consider this more of a traditional piece!

If you remember the movie, it's when she's outside on the building and the cops have spotlights on her. I was thinking about adding the spotlights in, and I don't remember why I didn't.
